Mulmur Mills creates beautiful custom lattice that is sturdy, functional and
weatherproof. Built to last, it can be against walls and fences as decorative features, or to support plants and shrubs. It can also be used as attractive, stand-alone garden fencing to keep animals (and children) away from treasured gardens.
On the creative side, we also have a line of whimsical lattice that looks like garden art. Pretty, crazy, colourful and unusual, these one-off pieces will bring a smile to your face and attention to a garden feature.
What sets our product apart from lattice you buy at big box stores? The wood for
our lattice is milled by us from our own trees* on our own sawmill, and is thicker
than store-bought lattice. Our designs are hot-glued together, not stapled, and are
stained on all sides for long-term protection.
Our lattice is also practical. Our Clematis Waterfall design, for instance, fully
supports the plant as it grows. Spaces between supports allow shoots to be pulled
forward at intervals, giving a “waterfall of flowers” impression. It works with any
climbing, flowering plants.
We also build decorative planters in a myriad of colours. Do you buy flowers in large plastic containers in the spring? Instead of heavy ceramic outer containers, use our lattice planters. Choose from our colours or we will stain them to match your décor. They can sit or hang and are beautiful from every angle.
Want to make a statement? We have planters in sets of three sizes that can be
grouped together for impact, or separated to march down steps, for example. Mix
and match colours and sizes.
